Michael Cromer, MD
After graduating from medical school at the University of Oklahoma and finishing a Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL, Dr. Cromer has been in private practice since 1989. In 2009 he also became certified in Addiction Medicine. In addition to enjoying the full scope of Primary Care, he is also the Medical Director for Passport Health, a travel immunization clinic and Medical Director of Premier Image, a medical aesthetic clinic. Dr. Cromer is significantly involved in organized medicine at the local, state, and national level. He is twice past-president of the Hillsborough County Medical Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. He leads a weekly men’s bible study and is on the Board of Directors for MercyMed of Tampa, a free medical clinic serving the underprivileged population in the Sulphur Springs area of Tampa. He is married to Carol, the love of his life, and they have three grown children. In his spare time he enjoys going to the beach, playing tennis, and traveling.

Kelly Dunn, PA-C
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Structural Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998. After two years of clinical experience in a pediatric practice, she pursued advanced medical training and graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 2002. Since 2004, Kelly has worked alongside Dr. Cromer in family medicine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages. She is excited to be practicing concierge medicine, where she can dedicate more time to each patient and deliver highly personalized care focused on prevention and long-term wellness. In addition to her work in family medicine, Kelly also practices at Premier Image, where Dr. Cromer serves as a Medical Director. There, she provides specialized care in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, helping patients achieve balance, vitality, and improved overall health. In recognition of her commitment to clinical excellence, Kelly was honored with the Bob Scully Physician Assistant of the Year Award in 2012 by the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Kelly has been married to her husband, Jason, since 2005. They have two children and a chocolate Labrador Retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, attending and watching sports events, and spending time with family and friends. Go Gators!

Kelley Tartaro
As the Office Manager at Dr. Cromer's Concierge Family Medical Practice, Kelley brings over 20 years of healthcare experience and a deep dedication to patient care. Her journey alongside Dr. Cromer at Northwest Family Medical Center and WellMed has shaped her leadership style - grounded in loyalty, precision and compassion. Kelley has been married to Tommy since 1994 and they have 2 children together, TJ and Hannah. Outside of work, you will find her enjoying live music at concerts, running 5Ks, paddling Florida's waterways, and cheering on her beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Whether organizing operations or spending time with family and friends, she approaches every day with gratitude and a genuine love of people.
