Membership
All memberships have the option to pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly via auto deduct from credit card or ACH. Payments may also be made through a Health Savings Account. Yearly memberships paid in advance receive a 10% discount. Members can cancel their membership at any time, however, there is a $100 initiation fee to rejoin. No partial refunds of the monthly fee are available.
